Delete your HearthQuest account
This page works whether or not you are signed in.
A HearthQuest account and the household attached to it are the same thing. Deleting one deletes the other, for everyone in it, permanently.
What gets deleted
- Every household member: names, ages, roles, and chosen characters.
- All chores and their history, points, streaks, and coin balances.
- Purchases from the in-app store, rewards, and quests.
- Arcade scores and game saves.
- The household PIN and settings.
- The sign-in accounts attached to the household, including the owner’s email and password.
What is not deleted, and why
How long it takes
Immediately. Deletion happens while you wait, not on a queue. There is no grace period and no backup to restore from, so please be certain before you confirm.
If you would rather we did it
Email justin@jrandjules.com from the address the household was set up under and ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done. This is also the route to take if you have lost access to the account and cannot sign in.
Deleting one person instead
If you only want to remove one member and keep the household, you do not need this page. A parent can delete any member from the Admin Portal, under Heroes, which removes that person and their history without touching anyone else.
